Our Exclusive products are one of a kind. They are either produced by our in-house Creative Team, or created especially for us with unique colors, fabrics, etc. All of them are available only through our Celebrate Express family of brands, or occasionally through one of our partner companies.
Although our favor boxes include the items shown on our site, they do not come pre-assembled and will need to be filled by you.
Absolutely! We offer lots of empty favor boxes that you can buy and fill with whatever you want.
The words “In Stock” will appear next to the item on the product detail page and you will be able to add the item to your cart, the item has inventory and is ready to be shipped!
Some out of stock items are available for Pre-Order and are noted as such on the product detail page, along with their estimated in-stock date. Just add the product you want to pre-order to your cart and check out as usual. Click here for addition information on Pre-Order items.
If you're interested in an item that is out of stock and not available for Pre-Order, simply click on the "Click here to be notified when available" link below the out of stock item and you will be able to provide your email address. We will send you an e-mail as soon as the item becomes available.

A link to a sizing chart is available on almost every costume product detail page. If in doubt, it’s usually best to order the larger size. Please note that bodysuit costumes such as many superhero costumes are meant to be tight fitting.
After you've submitted your order, we'll send you a confirmation email that will include an order number. You can also enter that number in our Order Lookup page to see all the details of your order. Just make sure you wait 24 hours after you placed the order because the information won't show on our site before that time frame.
One reason could be that the code wasn't entered correctly. Double check to make sure it was entered right.
Another reason could be your order didn't meet the criteria or it expired. If it's an email code, check the promotion information at the bottom of the email.

For online and phone orders we accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit cards. You can also use VISA or Mastercard bank debit cards. For online orders only, we also accept PayPal. Please note that we do not accept prepaid credit cards and/or Visa gift cards unless there is a billing address registered with the card. We only accept credit cards issued from a country we ship to.
We do not charge sales tax for most of our domestic orders. However, it is your responsibility to report the purchase and pay any applicable sales tax the next time you file your taxes for the year. If your order is shipping to a location in the state of California, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Washington or Wisconsin, you will be charged the applicable state sales tax.
