Mario Kart Tournament
Supplies:
- Wii, Gamecube, or N64 Gaming Console
- Mario Kart Game
Directions:
Have a good 'ol fashioned competition for your video game fanatics! Have the kids play each other one on one. When all of the children have played, match up the winners and have them play each other. Keep repeating this process until there are only two players left and one player is crowned the champion!
Red Light, Green Light
Directions:
You (or the guest of honor if he/she so chooses) will stand at one end of the room, the rest of the party guests will be at the other end. When you yell "Green Light" have the kids run toward you. When you say red light, they must stop. Any child who doesn't stop is out. The kids must stay frozen until you say "Green Light" again. The first child who reaches you fair and square wins!
Power Up Scavenger Hunt
Supplies:
- colorful question squares (print them off of the internet)
- Mario Kart themed weapon cut outs (red shells, stars, banana peels, blue spiked shells, green shells, lightning bolts)
Directions:
Paste the weapon cut outs to the back of the colorful question squares and hide them around the house/yard. Give the kids 20 minutes to collect as many as they can. Assign each weapon a point value ex (Star – 25, lightning bolt – 20, red shell – 15, blue spiked shell – 10, green shell – 5, banana peel – 1.) Hide the higher point value cards in harder to find places than the lower point values. The kid (or team if you prefer) with the most points after collecting the squares wins!

Personal Pizza Pies
Estimated Total Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- mini pizza crusts
- marinara sauce
- mozzerella cheese
- pizza meats (pepperoni, sausage)
- mixed vegetables (onions, peppers, mushrooms)

Have the kids don fake mustaches and make personal pizzas! You can either use English muffins or mini flatbreads for the crusts and make sure to have a plethora of toppings to choose from (make sure to have the basics: pepperoni, sausage and cheese). Pre-set the sauce on each personal pie for less mess! Place the pizzas on a baking sheet and bake until the cheese is melted.
Princess Peach Fruit Cups
Estimated Total Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- peaches (sliced)
- cherries
- pears (diced)
Directions:
Serve clear cups with ½ of a peach (sliced), cherries, and ¼ cup of diced pears. Serve to the children as a fun, refreshing and colorful treat!
Rainbow Road Punch
Estimated Total Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ pt. orange juice
- 1 ½ pt. of pineapple juice
- 1 pt. lime sherbet
- 1 pt. raspberry sherbet
- 1 pt. orange sherbet
- 1 bottle of ginger ale
Directions:
Serve this drink based on the Mario Kart Rainbow Road! All you have to do is combine the juices in the bowl, add in the sherbet in scoops and pour the ginger ale over the sherbet. Kids will love it!
