Have all of the children hold hands and stand in a line. The child in front is the head and the child at the end is the tail. When you say go, have the head try to tag the tail while the tail tries to evade the head. (The children must keep holding hands the whole time) When the tail is tagged, the head moves to the tail and the next person in line gets to be the head. Play until each child gets a turn to be head and tail.
