costume fit for the most part, but the hat was not designed very well - doesn't stay on head. $40+ was an awful lot to spend on this costume and it showed up very wrinkled - hard to press creases out of hat. I added a piece of elastic for a strap. needed to restitch top of hat - holes in it.
