The wand never worked.. tried diff. batteries.. Very disppointed...Not good quality falling apart.

My 7 1/2 daughter absolutely loves her wand. She had to have it when she first saw it on your site. It is perfect for her Alex Russo costume from Wizards of Waverly Place. The light is awesome!
