I'm hesitant to order because I want to serve soup in these and need them to be pretty heavy duty, or at least not get too hot to handle on the outside when served with soup. It's hard to tell how thick the plastic is and if they'll stand up to heavy use. Do they scratch or chip easily? Thanks!
