Title: Cute, but not tight fitting

This is a cute one piece dress with attached "belt" (it goes from side to side in front only). The "hat" is on a head band which is great! The fabric is light and stretchy. The top is kind of see through. The skirt doesn't tapper as much as the pic shows. I bought a 1x and I'm a 16/18 and it was too large! very loose and baggy. It's stretchy so maybe go 1 size down. There is a zipper on the side underneath one of the armpits that goes down to the hip. I'll have to pin in the sides or something to get it more form fitting like the pic. overall = cute!
