Title: Do-it-yourself hats

I loved all the other Circus theme products except for the hats. You have to assemble them...fold and secure the hats, put the strings on...a few of them tore and I had to tape them. They also did not form real circles the way a hat should be, kind of like ovals. I did put them together (took about an hour or two for 24) and some of the kids wore them, but not the best quality.

Title: Cute but UNASSEMBLED!

These hats are really cute and the elephant pops out of the front for a 3D affect, BUT they come flat and unassembled. You even have to attach the under the chin elastic! What a pain! Plan ahead!

These hats are super cute and sturdy once you put them together, but you have to be patient when assembling them or they will tear.

No party is complete with out birthday hats! I ordered these from here cause you cant find anything else remotely close to these products anywhere else. The only problem is you have to assemble them yourselves which is totally understandable unless you want them crushed during delivery.
