My daughter is being Thor and needed a Thor Hammer. This site actually had the best price and it was free shipping. The hammer is a fun little toy. But definitely only for a child's costume. It is too small for an adult. The quality is good and I am sure it will last as a toy well beyond Halloween.

My toddler is Thor and every thor needs a hammer!!! It is very good quality and perfect for little hands! Any child over 6, I would get the larger one, but this is pefect for the little thors!

My son wants to be Thor this Halloween and really wanted the hammer to complete his costume. It is much smaller than I expected, but that is probably a good thing since he also needs to carry all his loot - granted I'll probably end up carrying it anyway while he runs from house to house. In addition, another bonus is that he will play with it well after Halloween is over. I thought it would have the symbol on it, but I don't think he realizes that it isn't there. Happy that I ordered it the 1st week in October since we just got it a few days ago...almost thought we wouldn't have it by Halloween. Quality is what you would expect as far as a toy that goes along with a costume. I will say though that it is durable and will probably last longer than his interest in it. A nice safety feature is the breakaway velcro in the strap, just hope it doesn't get "lost" on the big night or I'll be purchasing another one.
