I received my banner in the mail and I was very dissapointed in the layout. The woman on the phone told me that lower case would be fine, but it doesn't at all. The writing is too small and the banner doesn't have the impact I was hoping it would. Would suggest using all CAPS and BOLD ARIAL print and think they should have highlighted that.
