Title: Too small... poorly made

I purchased this for my averaged sized 3.5 year old. It was WAY too small and the tiny little velcro on the back wasn't enough to hold it on even if it would have fit. Additinoally, there is no hem around the edges of the costume so it looked like it would fray easily and not hold up to a 3 year old boy playing dress up more than a few times. Returned this directly as I had purchased it for a Christmas present (not just to be worn once for Halloween).
