I ordered this costume from another company that continually didn't get it shipped. It was put off so long it would have to be shipped to me for $100 shipping fee. I contacted CostumeExpress and the online operator was very helpful and knowledgable. My computer disconnected us and I ordered the costume online. The price was a little higher than the company I had previously ordered from, but if it never ships it doesn't matter how inexpensive it is! The shipping cost was fair and it came as promised and on time. I will definitely order from this company again! Thank you for such great customer service.
