This is a better price than we've seen at some of our local shops. A little smaller than what shows in the picture, but hardly noticable.

When I saw this hat I thought it might be over the top too frilly for the outfit I got...not the case at all.The only down fall was I needed time to "straighten" it out as it gets a bit crushed in the delivery of it. I would absolutely love this hat if it had wire in the rim to shape it a bit easier. Other than that it is a great hat!

The quality is awesome and not "floopy", sits comfortably and doesn't smash your hair. Very cute and versitle. It was not the "common" one seen in any of the Halloween stores so it stood out. People stopped me to see where I got my costume, several times.
