Love the costume but the vest is way to small can't lace it up, so i will have to wait til next year. i really wanted to have fun with it

Title: Great but fits weird and small

This costume was so cute I was very excited to get it. However I can't get the bustier closed. I ordered a large and I am a 38D but I have a small waist so I was surprised. One of the ribbings was already poking out. The rest of the dress is plenty big and very cute even the hat.
