I got the basic package this time instead of the deluxe I usually get, but it was still perfect and we had everything we need. I think it looked better on the darker blue tablecover in the basic package then in the picture online. Great products!

This item met with my expectations. It came with a full set of everything needed to have a nicely decorated child's birthday party. Our local party store didn't have anything as nice as this and they are much more expensive so I was happy to find Celebrate Express. The shipping was timely and I will definitely order from them again.
