Two packs of 12 came and the others came in a ziplock baggie. If you can order by 8 packs then why are they not in 8 packs.

Title: Good for the money

I bought these for my son's birthday party at school. It was a fairly good size bottle (compared to what you get at the party store in town) for the price. They arrived sealed, which was good so they didn't spill in the box BUT it's kind of hard to pull the blower through the opening of the bottle so I had to assist my son several times over...still worked great for treat bags.
