My daughter is 6 1/2 (tall and thin) and the 8-10 size fit her very well (comfortable and ankle long). It was certainly not big on her. She loves it, and I know she will be warm on Halloween night. The belt is cheap, but overall we are happy with costume.

The dress is a good product.. I would have liked to have seen the actual orge ears headband in the photo - that way we would have known.. they show them on the adult costume photo. I did buy the wig my daughter loves it & it makes the costume :)

This costume was pretty good. There are a few things I was disappointed in. The ogre ears are just the ears on a head band, not with a wig like pictured, which I kind of figured. Also, it's a good thing my daughter is so skinny. While the waist is elastic, I don't think it would fit a stocky kid.

I was pleasantly surprised by the relatively high quality of the material. The neck is a bit low cut, so you might need a shirt under it, but not because of flimsy fabric.
