These are made in Taiwan ... exactly as shown in picture. However, the "back" comes off completely. for some reason, I expected them to open like a shell (or locket). No big deal - just need to be aware some little girls may lose the backing.

The girls at our Little Mermaid party loved these. Only down side was that the lids were all missing by the end of the day. Very cute...big hit!

The boys and girls all loved these! Just be careful with younger kids as they will really make a mess. Otherwise, a great addition to our party!
