Purchases this hat and the matching dress for my 7 year old. Seems to be good quality as she has worn it many times since receiving a week ago and still holding up!

Came with the Rose Witch costume, and it does not disappoint. Made of green foam with a black velvet-like brim, this is a good hat for a costume. It stands up straight, and fits true to size. Very happy with the hat.
