Title: not up to celebrate express standards

I love everything I've ordered from birthday express. I'm always very pleased. I did not realize when I ordered these that it was the generic, boring blowouts with a RockStar logo you attach. It was my fault for not reading carefully. Definitely not what I expected.

Title: Kids Loved Them!

However they would have been a bit cooler if they matched the decor. Also the rock star paper kept sliding off and almost every kid shot I have the rock star emblem is gone- it got in the way. Great idea and looks cute, but not the most practical. The kids however didn't care and had fun blowing!
