I bought a helium tank and filled the balloons myself. It provided a lot of entertainment for many of the kids at the party! It was a cute addition to the bundle of balloons at my daughters 1st birthday party that was Dr. Seuss themed.

I bought these for a first birthday party. I have no complaints. The color is a rich red and the number 1 adds detail to an ordinary balloon making it stand out. Loved them!
