Title: Not What I Expected

We were decorating for my son's party and filled the balloon with helium to add to the other balloons, and the balloon just fell to the ground. The flag part doesn't blow up so it was too heavy to float. Not what I expected at all! we ended up just having to tape it to the wall.

Title: Disappointed..

This is really NOT a balloon. I bought it for my son's 1st birthday party to tie on the back of his highchair for when he ate his cake. But the flag pole part is all that blows up. The flag part does not inflate. It is meant to wave around and cheer with but it is NOT a balloon that floats. I wish it was not advertised as a balloon!

The flag part doesn't blow up and then there's no easy way to tie string or ribbon to the blown-up pole part. I tried to tape it to the wall and that didn't really work. For three bucks, I don't think these balloons were worth it.

Title: They don't float!

These balloons are a waste of a good amount of money as only the pole portion inflates which is not enough to make them float. You either have to lay it down or hold it! Had the description said that, or there been reviews when I ordered, I would not have wasted my $ to order or have filled with helium at $1.20 a balloon!

Title: Don't waste your money!!!

These Rally Flags were NOT what I expected. The only part that gets blown up is the pole or handle and the flag itself is flat and not blown up. The seals on them were all defected and would not hold any helium. You can NOT use these with a bouquet of balloons because they do NOT float even with helium in them. Kids can carry, handle, play with them. I was very disappointed with them and upset that the seals did not work. I would NOT recommend these:(
