This little guy is made out of super soft minky material. His fins and smile are embroidered on & his eyes are embroidered patches. Even though he is rated 3+, he seems very baby friendly to me. He has beans in his tummy so he is weighted to stand upright in a typical "swimming" pose. I'm very satisfied with this little guy.
