The other reviewer was wondering if their issues were quality or the inflator. It's the quality. These are junk. I inflated 12 and within five minutes I was down to eight. These are cheap and spontaneously pop. Awful purchase.

These were great balloons for our pirate party. A few popped while being inflated, but not sure if that's a quality issue or the inflator!
