These plates are so cute and we loved them at our daughters party.

I like this plate, because it appears to have a blue color in it (my daughter loves blue colors). However, when I looked at the accessories for this theme, I don't see blue streamers, but only lavender, so I start to wonder if it just looks blue on my computer screen, but a different color in the actual plate. So my question is, is the background blue or something else?
