Title: Just as expected!

This costume is great! It looks just as it does in the pic shown. I got this in an extra large. I'm a size 12 and this fit perfectly. It doesn't matter if you have big hips or a big bum because this flares out at the waist and the arm holes are roomy too. I also have a large chest and it fit just fine. You do however need a smaller waist. It's great for an hourglass or pear shape figure, but if you carry weight in you midsection, I wouldn't buy this. I also agree with a previous reviewer who said it looks more black than navy. It sure does. The hat is cute too. The material of both the hat and dress is great. The material also has a slight stretch to it. The dress does flare out on its own, but looks much cuter with a petticoat. I'm using the white double layer petticoat and it looks awesome. Also, the dress is very, very short.

Title: Super Sailor Costume for Teens

This costume was used for a dance group at a high school. They wore the outfit in a variety show and the look of the outfit on the stage was fantastic. Cute, girly, sassy, professional, and so adorable when they danced to "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy of Company B" - love this outfit.

Purchased this costume for my daughter's dance club at school. Looked great on stage. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The dress does appear more black than navy. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase.
