Title: Eye Ball design only on Wrapper

I bought these to use as cupcake decorations. When I opened the candy wrapper I found only a marshmallow- no eye ball design. The eye ball design is only on the wrapper. So, instead I will hand the candy out during trick or treating and use other candy on my cupcakes. The candy did taste o.k, just not the look I was hoping for.
