Title: Nice decorations for first birthday

After using these and some hanging swirls I didn't need to use any other decorations for the party. I didn't want to crowd the house with too many decorations and I ran out of time to buy balloons but the house looked like a party house because these cutouts add just the right amount of color and party mood.
