Title: More of a top than dress

I tried my costume on as soon as it came in the mail. I was very disappointed to find it didn't even cover my behind! I am only 5' 3" and found this ridiculous. Since Halloween is so close I am going to try to improvise and wear white scrubs with it. I don't know how the manufacturers consider this a maternity costume. Maybe if you have a small bump it might fit.
