Title: Spin Tops

I expected a bit more quality, I got a bag of tops, in red plastic and black/white sticker that sometimes had to be be pushed back to surface to be flattened. I was filling 20 loot bags, had 3 different tops for each bag with leftovers. Some stickers have shown some wear, like it was rubbed and lost some picture, and some got creases from application.
