As others have already stated the envelopes are very thin (you can see the written message through the envelope) and there is not a lot of room to write. I knew this before purchasing so was not surprised. I wrote short notes and had my 1yo son "write" his own note over mine. Met my needs. If the mailman wants to read them, so be it. :)

The entire Mod monkey theme was awesome, my son loved it and so did the guest. The thank you cards were convenient but the lines did not leave much room for nice messages. It's a little more pricey than just going to walmart but fits the theme and is very cute.

Prior to purchasing I read some reviews about the invitations and thank you notes. Two reviews said they liked them but the envelopes were snug. I recieved my order and noticed that the envolopes where larger and they had no problem going in. Great to see they made the improvement!

VERY cute- perfect size for a thank you note "from" a one year old =) but if you are wanting a thank you note with more than a few lines, you might want to look around. Definitely will be a great last touch to our "mod monkey" party.

I love the thank you's...what a perfect way to end our monkey birthday party. However the envelopes are just a fraction too small. When you seal them, it doesn't lay flat ...or maybe the thank you's need to be a fraction smaller. Either way...one has to change.

Would have preferred a traditional folding thank you note, with more room to write. These were cute, but left something to be desired. Also, the envelopes were quite thin, you could almost read the note through them.

Would highly recommend these thank you cards for a first birthday party because you don't have to write a whole lot. I wrote the cards as if they were from my son.
