Title: Cute but came damaged

My order came damaged which is why I only gave a 3 star rating. The little bags were a little torn & the bottom flaps were undone. I let Celebration Express know & they shipped out a new order free of charge. Otherwise, an attractive item to hold down balloon centerpieces.
