I ordered onr for my boys birthday party. the ink was smeared. I emailed birthday express. I received a very prompt email. They sent me a new perfect banner in tim efor my boys party. i could not have been happier.

When I received this banner, I was pleasantly surprised at the big size and durability. I thought it would be paper, but it is made out of a durable plastic type material, meaning that I will be able to use the banner for many years. I got lots of compliments as the graphics are very vivid. Overall, the banner exceeded my expectations.

I was VERY impressed with the quality of the banner. Very thick material, with vibrant colors. I purchased the 18" x 61" which was the perfect size to hang and be noticed. My daughter was so proud!
