I bought this for an Alice costume a few years ago, and I will wear it again this year as Princess Peach. It is really cute and really makes the costume.

I bought this to wear under the "Fetching Gretchen" costume to give the skirt some fullness. It worked out great & was a great price compared to others I found online. Only complaint is that I wish it was made to sit lower on the hips. The elastic band made it want to climb to the smalles part of my waist which would have been to high to see it under my costume skirt. I ended up rolling the banded waitband into my boy shorts I wore under it to keep it from climbing which did the trick.
