Title: Only place I could find these!

It wasn't the biggest purchase in the world, but when you need a little plastic baby to put in a King Cake --- you really can't use anything else. Celebrate Express was easy to deal with and shipped immediately. I'll definitely keep them in mind for any other odd party items I need.

Title: Bigger than classic, but good enough

A classic New Orleans king cake has a plastic toy baby inside, usually less than an inch long, and enough of a choking hazard that commercial bakeries no longer insert them themselves but leave that to the purchaser. As a Louisiana native transplanted to the northeast, I had to look online for king cake babies and I couldn't find the "real" ones at any sort of affordable rate so I decided to try these. They are definitely oversized, maybe twice the size of a "real" king cake baby, but considering I'm serving people who have almost certainly never had real king cake, that is probably a good thing because it makes the baby a lot more obvious and less likely to end up causing any trouble. Apart from the size, these are pretty much exactly what I'd expect from a king cake baby.
