Costumes I've purchased from local retailers are not made to last. This one is. My daughter has worn it for several events and it has been washed several times. Still looks great! I thought I would save money one year by making her costume. The pattern alone was $19 and the costume ended up costing way more than if I had purchased it. I will not do that again. I love being able to get all the accessories that go with the costume, too. No running all over town looking for shoes and tights, petticoats, etc. Also, I ordered the wrong size the first time and thought I missed the window of return, but the customer service reps are so helpful and nice. I can't say enough about how satisfying this shopping experience was.
