Title: Army Fun

My four year old wanted to be a soldier for Halloween 2011, probably because his uncle is Army and stationed near our home; my son was quite taken with his uncle's uniforms. So we found this costume. It looks very nice for a child's costume and the fabric is halfway decent and isn't as thin as I expected. I think the Velcro front closure is cheap, and the hat does not fit my child well. He is very tall for his age, so it fits him lengthwise, but if he was average, this would be too big for him. We are adding some patches, courtesy of uncle, to make it even more realistic-looking. That said, a two-piece costume would be more realistic. I do think the price is too high, and honestly, I'm glad I had a coupon code. $40 is a lot of money for a costume, even though my boys are looking forward to playing soldier after the holiday, and I hope to be able to pass this costume on to the younger siblings in future years if we can keep the Velcro working.

Title: Great outfit for the price

This outfit is really cute on - I bought two sizes to see which one would fit my 3-year old for Halloween. We are going to keep the bigger size too for my 4-year old for dress up. I can't wait till Halloween.
