Title: Waste of time and money

These cone hats are terrible quality. I've purchased similar hats from celebrate express previously (where you fold them into the hat shape and pull the string thru) and had no problems. These hats did not retain their shape very well and the strings kept breaking off when kids tried to wear them. Would not recommend these, annoying to see them break immediately after spending time assembling them.

The kids loved getting to wear their cone hats lol This was a wonderful item to purchase and the kids really love them!
