Title: Great with balloons

Bought these for a child's "under the sea" party. I created a cluster of blue and white balloons hung from the light fixture with blue curling ribbon hanging down and then attached the fish and varying heights to three of the ribbons so that they "swam" under the balloons. It was beautiful!

This was a great addition to my daughters pool party. I hung them from the ceiling with fishing line and included blue and green streamers across the walls. It gave her party that final touch.
