just a plastic sheet but up against a flat surface it looks cool and you can also glue to large cardboard and use as stand ups.... either way they are a nice added touch to a hollywood party!

Perfect accessory to our movie party. We added them next to the red carpet and they were super cute! You need sticky tack or something like it o hold them in place though.
