Title: Size way off

This was supposed to be an Adult Plus size. The packaging states 16W-24W one size fits most. Since I normally wear a misses XL top this should have worked. I barely got it on and then it was so tight there was no way I was wearing it any where. Otherwise it looked great but it was not a plus size at all.
