Title: No consistency with lettering

I was very excited to find a balloon that we could personalize for our daughter's 6th birthday. The balloon was nice enough. However, we were very disappointed with letter stickers-some were capital & some were lowercase. Therefore, we could not properly spell our her name. My husband had to purchase add'l letting from the party store
