Includes (1) Mylar balloon which measures approximately 18" in diameter. Pattern is printed on both sides of the balloon - may have two different images on either side. I purchased these for my stepdaughters 8th birthday party and I thought they were great. They have a lot of different colors in them which makes it easy to combine in any color theme you choose. In all I thought it was a great product.
