Title: Poorly made

These hats require assembly which is fine but once made they do not stay in a round cone shape and come apart too easily.

Title: Very small strap!!

I bought these hats for a bunch of 4-year old kids. We could barely put them on and most kids complained that the strap was too tight. Finally, we had to take them off. Very disappointed! Otherwise, the hats are very cute, just don't buy them for any kids older than say 2 or 3.

Title: Decent Quality

Extremely cute hats- bought them for my son's 1st birthday party and they were just what I expected. Not the sturdiest things ever, but they serve their purpose and will stay together with a little tape. Can't wait to try them out on Saturday at his party!

Title: For My Big Girl's 19th Birthday

I thought it would be fun to have children birthday hats for my daughter's 19th birithday for her friends to wear. She totally LOVES Giraffes. The hats came and were easy to assemble. The material quality was good and easy to work with. I was also able to enhance the hats by adding othe craft items to make them more festive. Would definitaly purchase from Celebrate Express again.

Title: needs assembly

The hats come flat and need to be folded and tabbed. That is fine, but once tabbed they do not take a cone shape unless taped. Then you must also attach the strings which come on a seperate paper stock. Too much assembly for a mediocre product in the end. The rest of the product line was great.
