All the pieces are super thin plastic. It's nearly impossible to get all the creases out and if they are hung outdoors, they flap SO much with even just a breeze. Very hard to secure the banner due to thinness of plastic. If you use rope on the corners, even reinforcing with duct tape before punching holes is iffy. The only thing that looks decent flapping is the fringe.

Everything you could need for an outdoor carnival!! Compared prices before buying at local stores and Celebrate Express was cheaper by $10. Very please with this pack of decorations!!
