This was a cool find on celebrateexpress' website. I don't think I'd buy something like this normally, but when I saw it online I thought -- COOL! I want it!

The product is very pretty, the color is really vibrant. We bought it to go along with the mermaid costume. I would suggest a blush brush to apply, don't forget to buy the base to apply to get it to stick I didn't know that it wasn't sticky and had to improvise.

Title: No Tools

This item did not come with the necessary tools to put it on my child's face and was overpriced. Hopefully, I will figure it out before Halloween.
