When I got these in the mail I was expecting them to be put together and for all the blow out cartridges to be blue and the blow out bodies were multi-colored which did not match. If they would have all been blue I would have been satisfied.

These blowouts came in several colors and not just blue; considering the entire package deal is blue 1st bday, I thought this was strange & I'm disappointed. Still need to call and get it corrected.

the blowouts were not blue and white like the picture, they were multi colored and had the "one" part to add yourself.
