Title: Rediculous Hats

They looked great, but they were non functional, the strings they provide you with to attach to the hats are too small to fit over peoples heads. If you do get them on they end up squeezing the life out of you. I bought these for my 1 year olds party and no one was wearing one. My 7 month old godson couldn't even put one on comfortably. Fortunately the company handled the situation effectively and promptly by refunding me my money and adding a $5 inconvenience fee. I was told that this was a recurring issue, that they were working on, so keep that in mind when purchasing cone hats.
