There were few costumes with a pirate hat with the skull and crossbones, and this one was a winner. I purchased this costume along with the eyepatch set. My son loved it, and so did homeowners who saw him in costume during trick or treating. Several people stopped us to take a picture of him in costume. So, yes, the costume itself looks great. My only issue is with the quality of the costume. It's not a real shirt, jacket and belt--it's all sewn together. On the other hand, a) it's only a costume, it's not like he's wearing this on a daily basis, and b) it's not hard to put on. So, yes, recommend this costume. Five stars out of five.

This is a easy fun way to be a pirate and jazz it up with some accesssories and makeup. Easy to move around in and true to size.

This costume was a satisfactory purchase. The material is a little bit thin and from close up I think it looks a little bit cheaply made. However, overall it is a cute costume and definitely fine for the one night my son will wear it for Halloween.
