Title: Cutest Dr. Seuss Hat!

This was bought for my son's Dr. Seuss birthday party coming up. I figured I'd buy this for my daughter to wear. SHe's three and it fits her head fine. It fits my adult head too, so I may wear it to my school next year on Dr. Seuss's birthday!
